There are no cash/credit refunds, only exchanges, for all merchandise purchased through ainokea.com.  All unworn, unwashed merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of the date posted on your invoice.  Shipping charges for exchanges will be at the customer's expense unless the item received was a shipping error on our part.  Please include contact information and a detailed description when exchanging merchandise.
